"Good environment. Nice people. A little disorganized and needs some guidance in project management as many estimates are low and result in projects regularly loosing money. This has resulted in a financial issue at the company and 'making profit' has become an ongoing monthly issue. Some cleanup of tools used by employees could save a lot of effort and make it a more positive place to work."
