"The mission of the software is entirely admirable and this is what drives the majority of people who work here and who work hard. However, a select few incompetent and immoral leaders not only make the workplace intolerable, but their choices are also causing the business to fail. They routinely reorganize and switch everyone’s responsibilities for no apparent reason. There is NO training on the extremely complicated product so no one knows it (even the CTO and CEO). They keep launching new versions but never moving customers off of the old versions. Then when they cannot make payroll they blame others."
