"Overall, this company has a very strong environmental presence and excels in fiberglass equipment inspections. The people there also have great personalities. The company allows a flexible lifestyle, which at times can make managing projects extremely difficult. ECCI has been a difficult company as it has gone through a transition of leadership. They're great people, but sales and personnel issues have been difficult. I'm looking for a new job, because we no longer have the leadership. In the large projects we've been running it requires solid leadership and team players all around."
