"this firm is just for temp immigrants, you have option (infact you will forced in bad time) to switch to hourly from full time employment."

"Its all personal.."

What don't you like about working at eBusinessware?

"Complete lack of professionalism. One man (CTO) show, he is the only decision authority, nothing in the hands of your managers who actually works with you. So you will not get the appreciation at all because your work is never visible to CTO. Expect to here that you are not worth anything even after working day & night for this firm."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A million dollar advice! Believe in your people & appreciate their work. Hold on to the good resources even in bad time."
