"EBID is a great place to work with lots of history in Southern New Mexico and farm irrigation. Management is generally professional and helpful and employees are all friendly and respected within the community. If there is anything negative about the district it's the social-political games that are played between departments that can make the job seem more like a dysfunctional family."
