"I have worked at Eaton since Feb 1, 2016 and it has been a grind, some days we start at 7 am, other days we start at 6 am, so I am not thrilled with the starting time. The work I do is very demanding lifting boxes of lighting fixtures that are big, bulky and heavy, or pushing/pulling pallets of light fixtures around to get worked on or to get them shrink wrapped when finished being worked on. Other parts are in different size boxes that weigh anywhere from a few pounds to several hundred pounds . I am in a union and I get paid very little for the work I do. I don't feel better because I am in a union, in fact I feel worse. I have to pay a lot of money to get health insurance there, so I don't have any right now. I wish/would like to find something better that is less demanding than what I am doing now."
