"You have to be very knowledgeable of the terminologies associated with the trade you applying for. Mind you this is an education institution."

The pay, however, is capped at $9.65 an hour for student-employees. It is not a place where you can expect a full-time job, or long-term position, but it was a nice launching pad for my career."
