East Coast Lumber Employee

"I worked for this company for 6 years without recognition. I lead the team in sales for every year and no one even batted an eye. The owner never once greeted me and when she approached me for the first time after 4 years of working for her she was extremely rude. You are given no proper tools to complete the work you need to do and there are no defined training guidelines. The customers do not come first here."
