What don't you like about working at EaglePicher Technologies?

"The manufacturing facility and research lab need to be in the same location. There are no real process engineers at the plant that can easily absorb new concepts and ideas to meet the future demands of both the automotive industry or any other industry."

"Better understand the limitation and problems of their manufacturing process."
