"My immediate supervisor is the bomb. I can say the same for the campus president. There are a lot of really good people working here. Everyone has a genuine desire to do a good job and be great educators. As a whole, the company suffers greatly from an inability to hold on to quality teachers. By all accounts this is due to a structure problem in internal staffing policy, and I believe results in lower enrollment and retention numbers."
