"Very unprofessional, I feel like I'm a 56 year old still in high school and a female office assistance who reminds me of the cheerleader flirting with all the jocks. The engineering department is staffed with 95% young white males, no females and only 3 minorities. I'm the oldest employee with the most experience but had my pay reduced and given a entry level position, I believe this was intentional to get me to leave so they can feel my position with young engineer."
