The parent company is a bit different to deal with as it is a European based firm, and the upper management, while being wonderful people, simply cannot grasp the U.S. sales environment. As a result, the tools E1 is given to achieve its goals are insufficient and thus the company cannot thrive at the level it should enjoy. The products are the finest in the industry and the service is equally as impressive."
