"I initially went to work for E Source because the benefits, vacation time, and overall workplace attitude seemed worth taking a 50% cut in pay. Unfortunately, as it turned out, I rarely got to use that vacation time, and when we switched to team development, I felt like I was in junior high. Back-stabbing, insults, shouting, cussing, and all manner of vitriol. Management and HR did nothing to alleviate any problems, there were no team-building exercises or education."
