"Great company. Others would disagree since Leidos bought them. I came on during the transition, so it didn’t really affect me. I get acclimated pretty quickly to my environment."
"There is a good balance to family and working hours. Company is going through the transition to being owned by Leiidos which in return creates a lot of unknown changes. Benefits are good while the pay is on the low side."
"I work as Lead Software Test Engineer with little or no resources."
"DTS is more concerned these days with lowering their bid rate on new contracts. The contractors in their employ are suffering the brunt of this approach. Pay rate does not keep up with industry standards and benefits are severely lacking. DTS was created as a subsidiary of the parent company Dynetics, Inc. specifically to separate certain employees from the superior pay and benefits that other employees in the company enjoy."
"DTS is more focused on providing it's own internal metrics than providing solutions for the customers it supports. There is no clear direction that the company is trying to navigate, and priorities shift constantly."
