"I've worked for this company for 2 years. While I have been there the main thing of note is that in that time they have taken away or changed benefits of the employees, often without notification to the employees. While I enjoy working with the people I do in the department I am in, there are a lot of things that could stand to be improved. Moving up in the company is difficult at best. Seniority is mostly taken into account and many of the employees have been there for 20-30 years. While it is a testament of the company, or at least what it used to be, it does mean that opportunities to move up do not come very often. Couple that with the fact that pay increases are done on a schedule and rarely if ever on merit, and it means you can expect to not move up at a particularly quick rate no matter your capabilities."
