"Blatant politics, unacceptable conduct by management and employees, favoritism toward select employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hang it up! Get a job at Integra Life Sciences and pay special attention while taking the employee training modules. Seriously, I'm surprised you people haven't been sued yet!"
