"They have a company culture of allowing people to transfer off of projects. It's good for unhappy employees, but it does not fit in with customers too well."

"As with any company, be sure to stand firm and negotiate the proper salary before accepting anything!"

"For the area, and for what I did, the compensation was slightly low, but this is something that happens almost everywhere in the DC area!"

"Be more pro-active in the process for new hires, once that new hire is on-board with your company, make sure you keep in contact with that person for the first three to four months."

"Excellent environment, only drawback was if you started at a low salary it grew very slowly. They had a problem keep younger emplyees."
