"DRC started off as a few guys from MIT - then they became an Engineering company - all was good....then they started working for the Federal Government on any contract they could sink their teeth into - all in the name of growth for the company.The worst thing that happened to DRC is they became a modern belt-way consultancy....and it has never discovered what it wanted to be when it grew up."

"Ensure that you are being placed on a project that is new so that can have better longevity with the company."

"They have a company culture of allowing people to transfer off of projects. It's good for unhappy employees, but it does not fit in with customers too well."

"Try to hang onto more of your senior staff who have advanced knowledge and credentials."
