"dont. you wont work more than 0 - 3 days a week, the communication to let you know this is poor youll have to call the whole office before you find out you do or don't have work."

What don't you like about working at Dynamic Plumbing?

"the pm and office dont run the field well. never any work. they hire people when they cant even keep their current employees working. they don't pay even the current acceptable wages for plumber, cheapskates. paychecks are frequently missing time or have errors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"keep an eye on your pm. be more organized. don't hire new people when you cant even give the employees you have 40 hrs a week"
