"None, while I may not have worked out KDC could be a perfect fit for someone with a different personality."

What don't you like about working at Dynalectric?

"It was difficult to establish good working relations with other employees; it was as if they had little reason to approach a project as a team effort. Most projects were one man shows."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Considering the decline in manufacturing there isn't much to suggest. If they had more business then I could give more constructive critique."
