"I have worked at Affinitiv Digital for almost 3 years. The best thing about this company is the people you get to work with each day. There are a lot of talented and hardworking individuals at this company. The biggest pain point, I would say, is lack of communication between departments. There are a lot of organizational flaws that impact the workflow on a day to day basis. Overall, I would say that in order to enjoy your time at this company you would need to be very patient as it continues to evolve and work out growing pains."
