"Working for DXC has been an interesting ride. I would consider the company young in its process development and established in its ability to meet customer needs. With a new CEO in place who has a fresh mindset on where he wants the company to go I am hopeful for the future of DXC."

"My team was great but can't say much for upper management. There have been multiple lay offs."

"I worked for Molina Healthcare for years as a project manager, primarily managing software application development projects. It was a very rewarding position as they allowed their project managers room to own the projects they were managing. Being held accountable for budget, resources, and the timeline empowered me to become a much better PM than I was before."

"I joined DXC (formerly Molina Healthcare MMS) in early September 2010 as a Database Administrator Lead for the MHI-MMS DBA Group. I was involved with the 2.5 years major application and infrastructure upgrade and data center migration of the West Virginia system. On completion of this successful project, I then was transferred to the DMG team as an ETL (Informatica / SSIS) developer in mid 2012. West Virginia had a secondary application DDI upgrade to 4.7 QNXT, which I was pulled in to assist as well. In early 2015, I filled the positioned as the DMG Data Architect and continued to assist with DBA and ETL work as needed. Known for my infrastructure depth, I was also added the responsibility of TechOps Lead while still holding the sole Data Architect position. As TechOps Lead I acted as the liaison between the business units and the infrastructure team. We used the Agile methodology to incorporate an efficient alignment between these 2 groups. Due to this, we were able to smoothly implemente a DevOps model, which led to successful Go-Lives for the company. Before joining Molina Healthcare, I had previously worked as a Sr. DBA Lead for sizable companies such as First American Title, Lockheed Martin and the County of Orange. In the many years as a DBA Lead, I’ve had the opportunity to learn Infrastructure from a Windows Physical and Virtualization standpoint, understand the Storage concept, Networking, and the flow of how Applications work. In my mid 20s, I also owned and operatated my own Concrete Construction Company and became pretty good and pouring out and replacing home driveways."

"DXC is a the merger of legacy CSC and HPe Services. The merged company was about $25B and 170k employees in 2017. The legacy BPO business is shrinking and the company is pivoting to more digital offerings for growth. As would be expected, there are some pains due to merger activities."
