"I spent only 16 months with Dwyer, and my experience was both good and bad. The good was the fact that they have a great portfolio of products, and a competent Sales Organization. My Manager was a really good guy, and we worked VERY well, together. The problem...for both my Manager and me...was that Dwyer is used to putting their name on a product, and it sells. Unfortunately, they attempted to pursue a crowded market with a me-too product. My Manager and I were making great progress, in spite of the issues we encountered, but the end product fell woefully short of what we were promised. Then, the two to three years we were told we had to achieve our goals was ignored, and they decided to pull the product from the portfolio. He laid me off ...just to give him time to find another position. It was a shame, but we both landed on our feet."
"A lack of communication between departments made working here frustrating. Leadership often times would stretch the truth to employees. Retirement benefits are the worst I've seen out of all of my past jobs. However, most of the employees here are smart and pleasant to work with. Pay and health benefits are competitive."
"Just a part-time job"
