The company status was misrepresented prior to hiring on and leadership has the tendencies to over-commit to customers, vendors and bankers with little to no sense of reality. Afterwards, staff is OBLIGATED to meet these commitments. People are treated as commodities and hire/fire decisions are made at the personal whim of leadership."

"I would not recommend ANYONE go to work there. In my short time there, I needed to hire for several positions but ultimately could not live with myself for enticing someone to work in such an adversarial environment."
