"If you want to work there, you should not be looking for career advancement."
What don't you like about working at Dungarvin?
"Not challenging enough. The workload is boring and there is no advancement in the field and I don't make enough money."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat the employees better and care about the individuals that we serve, which is the whole mission statement of the company. The company is only concerned with making money and does not care about anything else. If they just treated the employees better and tried to fight for the rights of the individuals, we would be making money and not losing clients."
