What do you like about working at Duke Realty?
"The project managers were very good at what they do, job scopes were detailed, pre-construction done a great job with the scopes and very little was missed in the buy out. Professionalism & quality was expected and was rewarded. Safety program was strong and enforced. Safety training was encouraged and provided. The company took very good care of superintendents and we reciprocated."

"No tips, just be yourself and do the best job you can everyday"
What don't you like about working at Duke Realty?
"It went public and a lot of leadership took their money and left the company. Then is was all about share holders profit and FFO. Just wasnt the same and business changed. It was not longer about doing the right thing, is was about the profit and any cost."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on the customers, quality and the employees because it take us all to be successful. It not just about share holders and FFO profits."
