"I’ve worked for duke properties going on for 2 yrs and have had an overall good experience. I was worked a lot doing CM along with property management. This is understandable because we are a growing company. Unfortunately, COVID hit us pretty hard we weren’t recoding rents from residents and had to shut down the office. Now I am working on a project base and don’t like the volatility I would like something permanent."
