"If applying for a full time position with these companies you should be ok, however, if you are a contractor, expect to be treated differently. Only speak if spoken too."

"If you're going to have an Open Door Policy, don't retaliate against your employees."

"The utility industry is too slow moving. Although it is stable, interesting projects are few and far between."
