"interview here if you really need a job. At this time it is not the happiest place to be and is in a major transition period."

"I have spoken to my employers about parts of my job that were not expected of me when I was hired. I do not feel comfortable with these new expectations and even requested a transfer but have not been taken seriously or had any attempts by my management to rectify this problem,"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would stick to a plan the myself, board and employees could mostly agree on. I would lead but listen and respect my employees."
