"Open your eyes wide and take a job there there only if is your last resource, because they hire you today and lay you off tomorrow. Ducommun has a very high rate of turns over, don't waste your time and energy with them."

What don't you like about working at Ducommun?

"A very stressful place to work with many internal groups that practice favoritism and micro management. They keep a lot of C level performers that can bearily speak English."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start getting real about business practices do not perform Kaizen events just because you get some tax benefits and start implementing those solution that benefits the process and cost reduction not just to have nice presentations and meetings."
