"The craftsmanship of this corporation is great. However the way employees are treated is beyond low. There is way too much micromanagement and favoritism along upper management. CEO blatantly disrespects employees, if something is done incorrectly. No one should get treated the way employees get treated here. There are no manners or consideration of other people's feelings nor is great work acknowledged. The company seems to have a revolving door. The three years spent there I witnessed about 10 people get fired or leave. Management needs massive improvement for employees to actually want to stay here."

"I was given the freedom to run the project."

"It wasn't organized well enough. The way in which employees are treated is a very low on any given scale."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reform employee policy. Buyouts of subcontractors should be done at time of bidding process and not repeated for project manager. Stronger estimating is needed. Less involvment of owner on daily basis."
