"Working 55 hours per week without overtime and the unprofessional behavior of most employees including senior management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Most managers move up through the ranks from cashiers and stock guys. Since Duane Reade does not have an adequate training program for managers I suggest they try to get some external training."
