"DTT has some shining stars within their leadership ranks - most notably their President/CEO and their head of sales/marketing. Unfortunately the qualifications and attitude of some of the other executives and management make the company less attractive than it could/should be. This has the effect of hiring less-qualified individuals for positions beneath them - compromising their reputation with customers, prospects, and others that interact with them."

"Environment and the people are excellent. Their technology is sound but there is still room for improvement. I have high hopes and expectations for this company. The only thing negative, in my opinion, is the compensation and the way the CEO values his employees. Most of their softwares are proprietary, therefore, veteran techs should be valued more than the new hires. Although, I have to say, this topic is subjective."
