"I started working for DTI Software about 7 years ago. It was a great job, mostly because of the great people I worked with. The pay and benefits were also good. The company then became part of Global Eagle Entertainment and all of the good people either left or were forced out. Then the pay and benefits went from good to barely adequate."

"Environment was pretty and some people were nice and did their job accordingly."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Honestly, I almost regret leaving my previous company to go work for this place. When the director does not like someone he tries to get them fired. As he tried to get me to fire someone that wasnt deserving. So my advice, skip this company."
What don't you like about working at DTI Software?
"The unfairness to the people who actually work and do their job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work is not a place to give your friends that dont work a job."
