"I have been here for 5 years. Was happy until they hired our new manager. I worked at Siemens water when our new manager was there. I left for dye after several years. Our manager was hired late last year. I am waiting for the axe to fall. I know our manager lied to get the job, truth is he was fired from siemens, and 4 other companies in the last 10 years. He is incompetent and throws all the employees under the bus. He cannot do the job, and pushed his work off on you, then blames you for not getting things done. Will not back anyone up or make a decision, buckles under pressure. Jeckle and Hyde personality. Says one thing does another, cannot be trusted to tell the truth."
