3.6I've worked for DSW as a sales associate for 3 years. In my experience, the managers have always been kind and understanding, likewise the other employees have been a joy to work with. The customers are thrilled by the shoe selection and appreciate a DSW employee who can make them feel welcome and help them search for the perfect shoe. The equipment and other shoe-finding resources, such as the registers, inventory devices and ordering sites, are constantly updated and user friendly.
2.5I worked for DSW for almost 4 years. Every year it got worse. More work, cut back of hours. You basically became a clean up crew, cleaning everything. They timed you for every job you did, you would get in trouble for everything. If they fire you they will fight your un-employment and you will need to apply for any financial assistance possible in order to live.
