What do you like about working at Conexant Systems?

"Middle management is accessible, team is very cohesive and competent (used to be much more so), good core values of quality of deliverable and workplace environment, etc."

What don't you like about working at Conexant Systems?

"Budgetary constraints have crimped investment in next generation and uncertainty surrounding an impending acquisition has affected team morale. There is/was also a lack of foresight that has prevented hiring of new talent leading to a stagnation of the intellectual environment and stretched teams."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop over-optimizing market strategies and investment in your future. To be a technology leader, you have to have a significant focus on driving change, and not entirely on meeting/predicting near term customer and market needs."
