"I have worked for DSM since 1,1,2001. Within the materials half of the company there were many interesting roles and generally an enjoyable experience. The company was always moving towards its nutritional/pharma side of the business often creating capital restraints on the materials side. This created stresses between company vision and ability to execute that vision."

"try to adapt realistic manpower planning based on patients care frequency is increasing day by day in a aging populated society"
