"The company has many officers who are constantly late to work, have transportation issues, don't have a clue of what to do at the job, don't dress to company guidelines, and call out sick or no show, Management has many issues also. No guidance, improper training, lack of phone skills, constant lies to employees, failure to resolve problems in a quick manner, and they force employees to stay on the job when there relief is a no show. Patrol cars have many issues also, dirty, smells, flat tires, empty on gas a lot, and no maintenance."
