However being challenged with the lack of staff consistently to carry out daily execution, ensuring the product to sell is in each warehouse based on expected arrival dates, and having sufficient equipment either on hand per the par levels or when orders are placed, the order is fulfilled. Supporting the management team whenever requests are made to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. There're limited opportunities to advance in the company."
