"Neither of the two boss were micro managers. They gave you an assignment and a deadline. Also, they asked for my help and advice on my topics."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This company has been forced to layoff and will not be hiring anytime soon."

What don't you like about working at DS International?

"The company either need to expand or layoff some of its employees. Unfortunately, we did not obtain investors in our to help us get the superior line product line for which we hoped."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The first 3 days I was hired as a consultant to help figure out the direction of the company. We all realized that if the investors were not forthcoming, I would be recommending my own layoff as part of the downsizing."
