"The story of home brewers turned professional story. Usually after a few years, businesses evolve and bring in strategists to manage day-to-day. Read the book: “Brewing Up a Business.” Dogfish Head had similar in methodology in there earlier years but DDBC seems have arrested development. The strategy for the individuals in charge is to be as reactive as possible. The head brewer also rides the coattails of DDBC predecessors.. ask the head brewer at Bierstadt Brewing. There could have been amazing improvements here. We had great coworkers but they all left during the duration of my employment. Which was directly related to the treatment by upper management. I am happy to say the former employees are all very well off now and I must say it was a tremendous learning experience for me."
