"D&F acquired my former company's multifamily properties in 2019. At first, there were plenty of corporate resources available. After a few months, the corporate presence slowly diminished to basically nothing as the company expanded into new parts of the country. Little to no room to grow/move up to higher positions."

"Do not apply.Be constantly aware that your position will be terminated at a moment's notice.There is no compassion and no heart.Cold, vindictive, cruel, backbiting employees.No appreciation for hard work and dedication."

"All areas need to improve at this company.The corporate office should clean house and let a substantial number of their staff go.It's time to cut the regional staff also."
