"D&F acquired my former company's multifamily properties in 2019. At first, there were plenty of corporate resources available. After a few months, the corporate presence slowly diminished to basically nothing as the company expanded into new parts of the country. Little to no room to grow/move up to higher positions."

"I believe the company needs to start expanding west and looking into different regions."

"Start looking in the western region of the country and new opportunities"
