What do you like about working at Discount Retail Store Services?

"Straight up - This job is not for everybody, but if you can do it - you'll do great. It requires a lot of patience, motivation, and concentration to get your job done, and if you can do it you'll make good money, earn respect and have no issues. The management, from right above you, to the Vice President, to the CEO keep their doors open all day and take no issue with you walking in and expressing yourself as long as you do it with respect and provide ideas to solve what your struggling with. Plenty of office events, great team work for those who choose to be a part of the team."

"Be confident, also be prepared to be challenged. If you can take it, you can go places."

What don't you like about working at Discount Retail Store Services?

"The micro-management. The people in their departments know what they're doing and the best way to do it, most of the people here have been here for awhile. Sit back, and let them do what they do best."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Less micro-managing, and a little bit more decorations. Other than that, things are being run right."

"The ability to do reasearch and help people find the right places for their business. And the hours."

"Think twice before you go to work for this company. If you can take word abuse, hastle work invironment and lots of other crup, then this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I don't recommend it!"

What don't you like about working at Discount Retail Store Services?

"Owner, management, some employees, work environment (it was too cold/hot - we were not allowed to bring our own heaters/coolers - so besically suffer - they don't care)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't hire people with criminal backround. If you do - then make sure they don't treatened others. Also, if you end up fire employee - don't re-hire because they threat to do something. For the management to listen to complains and respond to them. If there's a compain about words harasment - don't disregard because you don't want a law suit, but take care of it!"
