"Overtime, lots of overtime. Excellent chances to refine project management skills. You have to be organized to complete your daily tasks. On the flip side you are free to set your own hours within limitations I generally worked from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM"

"Overtime lots of overtime... a never ending series of remodel projects."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"DriveTime management has weathered the economic down turn of 2000 - 2001 and 2008. The only suggestion I can make is to keep doing what you have been doing. I know that many of the top management team put in long hours late at night working on solutions to tough economic times."
