"The best part of being a driller is that you can train new employees the way you want to perform in the work place. Being the team leader, have coworkers come to me for a question. About the job and what needs to be done, and in what order. The worst part of the job was that if somehow the rig had to shut down due to machine failure was always my fail because I didn't train coworkers to look for the source of the problem or find where the noise was coming from."
