"Be a graduate of TX. A&M and listen to the Engineering Managers that you will interview with (4) at last count. Make sure math, physics and materials knowledge are good and be prepared for some verbal shakedowns when mistakes are made."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Redevelop Upper Management between the (3) Directors. Improve production scheduling and add floor expediters for each product line."
