"Immediate supervisors did not adequately understand or accomodate employee concerns. I was asked to take on many pheripherial duties and gladly did so......but this caused conflict with the duties I was hired to do work with."

"Avoid overloading employees with pheripherial duties to help other employees to complete their tasks."
