"I like the way associates interact, whenever we received the project all of us need to discuss about it and continue. All the associates are team player."

"There isn't anything that I didn't like at MBM Enginnering"

"I like the way management handle the engineering firm."

"Worked with employees well when it came to needing time off."

"Projects became long and monotonous and weren't a high priority."

"Perhaps setting different projects a different priority level of importance of being completed."

What don't you like about working at Waterfront Construction?
"I liked that it had to do with drafting and drafting is what I love"
What do you like about working at Beutler?
"I liked working on projects and learning how to create new materials and how they are put together. I liked getting some professional drafting experience and leaning a new program. I also met some really nice people that became good friends. I also liked the fact that they pay on a weekly basis rather than every two weeks like most places do."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"make sure you ask for adequate compensation for the job you are applying for. Make sure you know what you are getting into."
What don't you like about working at Beutler?
"I didn't like the way the management ran a lot of stuff. The company as a whole was not very smart with their money and business. I didn't think that some people were getting adequate compensation and recognition for the jobs that they did."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management needs to be restructured. They need to actually listen and take into consideration the suggestions that other employees have"
What do you like about working at Gilmore & Associates?
"All professionals here, everyone has the greatest of respect for all others that work here. The environment is very relaxed, helps to keep your mind in check when you have a ton of drafting and don't want to speak with anybody and punch it out for the engineers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Come prepared to work, and keep your mind on task. Work hard and play harder (later)."
What don't you like about working at Gilmore & Associates?
"I can not complain about Gilmore's none what so ever, except maybe a better health care plan. I know it is hard now a days to get a plan for your company that fits everyone and is still affordable, but ours needs some work."

"Great people to work with, like I said everyone is a professional here."

"Easy going place to work. Can go directly down to the shop to see what you are making."

"Location. Had to use your lunch time driving to eat. Which typically meant bringing it back to work and eating fast."
